94 neonates with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy undergoing therapeutic hypothermia were studied from March 2024 to March 2025. The data, shared by Weihong Yue on figshare, compares early versus delayed enteral feeding groups on outcomes like gastrointestinal adverse events and hospitalization costs. No significant difference in gastrointestinal adverse events was found between groups, but early feeding was associated with shorter parenteral nutrition duration and reduced costs.
