110 participants underwent diffusion MRI and magnetic resonance electrical property tomography to calculate conductivity- and diffusion-based imaging markers. The dataset, authored by Jehyeuk Ahn and last updated in April 2026, compares the CTI-ALPS and DTI-ALPS indices across cognitively normal older adults, amnestic mild cognitive impairment, and mild-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease patients. Results showed CTI-ALPS had a non-significant reduction trend in Alzheimer's disease and modest diagnostic utility compared to DTI-ALPS.
