Thematic analysis of 76 key informant interviews from 71 firms enrolled in a new voluntary occupational health and safety program in Ontario, Canada. The research explores implementation challenges and successes, reasons for enrollment, and overall program perceptions during its first year. Findings were provided in real-time to program administrators for early improvement.
