Kevin Bu's dataset on figshare contains results from a study of immunoglobulin A (IgA) coating of gut bacteria in infants and its association with allergic outcomes. The data compares 9 infants from a traditional Old Order Mennonite community with a low allergy prevalence (<2%) to 21 infants from an urban Rochester cohort with a higher allergy prevalence (40%). The study used IgA sequencing on stool samples collected at an average of 6 months of life.
Primary data is provided in PDF format, which may require extraction or conversion for computational analysis.
