Raffaella Moretti's 2026 study on figshare assesses the feasibility and contribution of polymyography for diagnosing hyperkinetic movement disorders in children. The research retrospectively reviewed clinical and neurophysiological data from 60 consecutive patients over a two-year period, with 56 included in the final analysis. The study found polymyography significantly improved diagnostic accuracy, particularly for distinguishing tremor from myoclonus.
