A biomechanical simulation dataset compares two patient-specific 3D-printed forearm cast designs under six physiological loading conditions. The dataset includes results for a commercial cast and a point-of-care cast simulated with three printing materials, evaluating von Mises stress and fracture displacement. The in silico workflow was developed by Marton Bartos and published in 2026.
