Description
Zambian university students' awareness, attitudes, and usage patterns of ChatGPT were assessed via a structured questionnaire informed by the Technology Acceptance Model. The dataset includes responses from 1,829 participants, with 81.7% aged 18–25 years, 52.5% female, and 92.4% unmarried. It was authored by Steward Mudenda and uploaded to figshare on 2026-04-10.
