This dataset describes a scaled-up protocol for isolating extracellular vesicles (HMEVs) from human milk, increasing processed volume from 25 mL to 63 mL and reducing isolation time from 14 hours to 7.7 hours. The method achieved high purity, with up to 3.98 × 10^13 particles per gram of protein, and the final product was stabilized in a 5% glucose solution for up to 30 days at -80°C.
