387 survey responses from undergraduate students in Medicine, Nursing, and Nutrition and Dietetics at a university in southern Ecuador, collected between October 2022 and April 2023. The dataset includes sociodemographic information and scores from dichotomous knowledge and perception questionnaires regarding donor human milk. It was created by Ana Lizette Rojas-Rodríguez and shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
