392 premenopausal women from the SHIP-TREND-0 cohort were analyzed to link combined oral contraceptive use to systemic immune markers. The study found COC users had higher cortisol and CRP levels, along with altered chemokine and growth factor profiles. This dataset, authored by Johanna Klinger-König and shared under CC-BY-4.0, provides one of the first broad immune marker assessments in COC users.
