Description
A multi-omics dataset integrates bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and spatial transcriptomics data from TCGA, GEO, and 10X Genomics sources to investigate metabolic-immune mechanisms in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
