Description
A prospective, single-center dataset includes multimodal magnetic resonance imaging and longitudinal clinical data from patients with olfactory groove meningiomas, acquired before and after surgical intervention. The dataset, published by Elena Filimonova on figshare in May 2026, comprises high-resolution structural MRI, diffusion MRI, resting-state functional MRI, segmentation masks, and neuropsychological assessments.
