PDK4 RNA Biomarker Data for Chronic Hydrocephalus

PDK4 emerged as the top-ranked gene among ∼40,000 transcripts in a study of chronic hydrocephalus. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on postmortem caudate nucleus tissue from individuals with CH and age-matched controls. The dataset was uploaded by Robbie Clarke on figshare in March 2026.
