Description
Shuanli Xin's dataset contains clinical and biomarker data from a prospective, multicenter observational cohort of 987 adults with established coronary artery disease. The data includes quantified plasma ceramide species (Cer16:0, Cer18:0, Cer24:0, Cer24:1) and surrogate insulin resistance indices (TyG, METS-IR, TG/HDL-C). It was last updated on March 18, 2026.
Use Cases
Modeling conditional associations between ceramide species and insulin resistance indices using mixed graphical models.
Estimating covariate-adjusted associations using double machine learning with causal-forest estimators.
