A prospective cohort study of 52 adult patients with stable systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) evaluated the efficacy and safety of iguratimod as maintenance therapy. The dataset, authored by Lei Zhang and published on figshare, includes 16 patients in the iguratimod group and 31 matched controls, with flare rates and time-to-first-flare as primary endpoints. The study found no significant difference in 52-week flare risk between the groups, with results last updated in June 2026.
