Eleven studies involving 688 subjects were analyzed to evaluate vitamin K as an adjunctive therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma. The meta-analysis found the combination improved progression-free survival and reduced recurrence risk, particularly for patients receiving transarterial chemoembolization. This systematic review was authored by Lang Guo and published on figshare in March 2026.
