Mouse hippocampus phosphoproteomic data investigates time-of-day effects on exercise-induced signaling. The study identified 932 and 828 differentially regulated phosphosites during the rest and active phases, respectively, with only 49 overlapping sites. Data was generated by affinity enrichment and LC-MS/MS on samples from mice exercised at ZT3 or ZT15.
Data is packaged in a ZIP file; contents and specific file formats (e.g., raw spectra, processed tables) are not described. Requires bioinformatics tools for phosphoproteomic analysis.
