74 patients with interstitial lung disease were prospectively studied to assess bleeding risk during transbronchial lung cryobiopsy (TBCB) in the presence of pulmonary hypertension (PH). The dataset, authored by Hadas Gilboa-Sagy and last updated in May 2026, includes quantitative bleeding volume and clinical severity grades, with no significant association found between PH status and bleeding. Results suggest TBCB is safe for patients with mild to moderate PH, providing positive prospective evidence.
