A 40-year-old male patient with prolonged disorders of consciousness received bilateral thalamic transcranial temporal interference stimulation for 8 weeks. Behavioral, neurophysiological, and imaging outcomes were systematically assessed, including Coma Recovery Scale-Revised scores and EEG spectral power. The study provides preliminary evidence supporting the feasibility of this noninvasive stimulation method.
