12 transcriptomic samples from the critically endangered coral Acropora cervicornis, collected by Allyson DeMerlis in 2021. The data captures host and algal symbiont gene expression four months after transplantation from an offshore nursery in Key Biscayne, Florida, to a nearshore, urbanized habitat in the Port of Miami, Florida. The analysis identified 1,126 significantly differentially expressed genes related to stress and immune responses.
Primary data is contained within a 3.7 MB DOCX document, which may require extraction or conversion to a standard bioinformatics format (e.g., CSV, TSV).
