Cancer Patient Discussions on CINV Management from Chinese Social Media, 2020-2025

Hongzhan Jiang's dataset contains 8,227 public posts and comments about chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) collected from three major Chinese social media platforms. The data, published from January 2020 to December 2025, was analyzed using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling to identify key patient discussion themes. The dataset is shared under a CC-BY-4.0 license and was last updated in June 2026.
