Description
15 non-M3 acute myeloid leukemia patients were profiled with RNA sequencing and proteomics before and after VD-CAG induction therapy. The study identified a validated 11-gene prognostic signature (TLN1, ARL15, PDZD2, ACER2, IGF2BP3, TMEM200A, DOCK1, SYTL4, CPNE8, FNDC3B, MANBA) with strong predictive performance in external cohorts. The dataset was authored by Jirui Tang and last updated on 2026-05-19.
Use Cases
Validate the 11-gene prognostic signature based on gene expression data mentioned in the description
Analyze molecular alterations associated with VD-CAG treatment based on pre- and post-treatment multi-omics profiles
Investigate pathways like MAPK signaling and cell adhesion enriched in treatment response
Correlate proteomic changes, such as FNDC3B downregulation, with transcriptomic data
Strengths
Includes multi-omics data from 15 patient samples, with 10 pairs for RNA-seq and 5 pairs for proteomics
Prognostic signature was validated in an external cohort (Beat AML) with a reported 3-year AUC of 0.83
