Description
Figshare hosts a 54.5 KB Excel file containing integrated transcriptomics data from a study on Dl-3-n-butylphthalide (NBP) in a porcine model of traumatic cardiac arrest (TCA)-induced acute kidney injury (AKI). The dataset, uploaded by Kechun Zhou on June 4, 2026, integrates bulk transcriptomic/microarray and single-cell RNA sequencing data to investigate an ER stress/UPR-associated apoptosis module in proximal tubule cells. In vivo validation data includes serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and protein expression levels from Bama minipigs.
Use Cases
Identify ER stress/UPR-associated gene expression patterns based on integrated bulk and single-cell transcriptomics data mentioned in the description
Analyze proximal tubule cell state progression and apoptosis markers based on pseudotime and PT-state stratification analyses
Validate drug response by correlating transcriptomic signatures with in vivo kidney function markers like serum creatinine and BUN
Investigate the PERK–ATF4–CHOP stress-apoptosis module in injury-associated proximal tubule states
Strengths
Dataset integrates multiple transcriptomic data types (bulk microarray and scRNA-seq) for a multi-faceted analysis
Includes in vivo validation data from a porcine model with specific measurements (e.g., serum creatinine at 1, 2, 4, and 24 hours)
Study design includes Sham, TCA, and TCA+NBP treatment groups for comparative analysis
Limitations
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download
Row count is unknown, which may limit suitability assessment
The 54.5 KB file size suggests a limited scope, likely containing summary or processed results rather than raw sequencing data

Collection Method
Integrated analysis of ischemia–reperfusion injury-related transcriptomic datasets and in vivo experiments on Bama minipigs.
