PANDAS Autoantibody Screening Data Using Nucleic Acid Protein Programmable Array

1,235 non-overlapping protein targets were initially identified comparing children with PANDAS to autism spectrum disorder patients. A secondary screen revealed 117 autoantibody targets exclusively detected in PANDAS and absent from ASD and healthy control groups. The dataset was created by Jelena Eremija and published on figshare in April 2026.
