Description
A prospective longitudinal study from the Early Intervention Program in Catalonia evaluated 93 participants (36 at ultra-high risk, 43 with first-episode psychosis, and 14 controls). The dataset, created by Ana Barajas and last updated in April 2026, contains clinical interview data from multiple validated scales, including the CAARMS-S, PANSS, GAF, SCID-II, and K-SADS-PL.
Use Cases
Validate the reliability of psychosis risk assessment tools based on reported Cronbach's α and ICC scores.
Analyze correlations between different psychopathology scales based on the reported r-values between CAARMS-S and PANSS subscales.
Model symptom progression and transition risk based on the longitudinal study design and 6-month follow-up data.
Assess the sensitivity of clinical instruments to symptom changes based on the comparison of CAARMS-S and PANSS responsiveness.
