The EUPEMEN project was a 26-month, prospective, multinational implementation initiative funded by the Erasmus+ Programme and involving five academic institutions across Spain, Italy, Greece, and the Czech Republic. It developed seven standardized Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols for major general surgical domains and disseminated them via a multilingual digital learning platform and train-the-trainer activities. The project engaged 366 healthcare professionals through multiplier events and achieved ERAS implementation in all partner institutions.
