Anthropometric and Body Image Data from 150 Nigerian Undergraduate Women

Nigerian undergraduate women aged 16–25 from two southeastern universities participated in this cross-sectional study. The dataset contains anonymized anthropometric measurements, derived indices, and body image questionnaire responses from 150 nulliparous female students. Emeka Anyanwu published the data on figshare in 2026 under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
