PSS (Submersible Surface Plans) are France's first regulatory maps for flood-prone land, created by a 1935 decree. This dataset contains the public utility easement perimeter for the municipality of Lay-Saint-Christophe, approved by a 1976 decree and managed by the Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières. The data was last updated in April 2019 and is accessible via an INSPIRE download service.
