Submersible Surface Plans (PSS) are the first mapping documents regulating land cover in flooding areas for federal watercourses, created by a 1935 decree-law. This dataset contains the perimeter of the PSS for Saint-Mard, approved by decree in 1976, which establishes a public utility easement affecting land use. The data is provided by the Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières and was last updated in April 2019.
