Description
Absolute and relative RT-qPCR analysis measured mRNA levels of 11 genes in the dorsal hippocampus of adult male Wistar rats. The dataset, authored by Anton Tsybko and last updated in May 2026, compares gene expression four weeks after stereotaxic injection of an AAV-Syn-CDNF-EGFP vector against a control group. The 24.7 KB ZIP file contains results for genes including Cdnf, Creb1, Perk, Atf6, Ire1, Grp78, spliced and unspliced Xbp1, and Bdnf exons I, II, IV, VI.
