Description
Joseph E Blais provides raw and cleaned datasets from a systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies on medication adherence to monoclonal antibody and small-interfering RNA PCSK9 inhibitors in clinical practice. The data includes study characteristics, participant information, and adherence outcomes extracted from literature searches across MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL Plus, and medRxiv. The dataset was last updated on April 21, 2026.
Use Cases
Analyze medication adherence rates based on extracted adherence definitions and outcomes
Compare study characteristics across different observational studies
Meta-analysis of adherence outcomes for monoclonal antibody versus small-interfering RNA PCSK9 inhibitors
Assess reporting completeness based on the EMERGE checklist mentioned in the description
Strengths
Includes both raw datasets exported from Covidence review software and cleaned datasets processed for analysis
Compiled from systematic searches across five major databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL Plus, medRxiv)
Contains a compressed EndNote library of references cited in the systematic review
Limitations
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download
Row count is unknown, which may limit suitability assessment
