Description
1,310 complete survey responses from educators, collected in 2024, examining relationships between Mindful Attention Awareness, AI Anxiety, and Teacher AI Competence. The dataset contains 64 variables, including demographic information and three validated psychometric scales measured on Likert scales. It was created by Mustafa Işıkgöz and is suitable for structural equation modeling and measurement invariance analyses.
Use Cases
Conducting structural equation modeling (SEM) based on the relationships between the three primary constructs.
Testing measurement invariance across demographic groups like gender and seniority as mentioned in the description.
Analyzing psychological correlates of technology adoption using the AI Anxiety and Mindful Attention Awareness scales.
Performing mediation or moderation analyses on the interplay between teacher competence, anxiety, and mindfulness.
Strengths
1,310 complete observations with no missing values.
64 variables include 15-item MAAS, 21-item AIAS, and 16-item TAICS scales, all validated via confirmatory factor analysis.
Construct reliability scores (Cronbach’s Alpha and CR) exceed academic thresholds for all measured constructs.
Limitations
Column-level documentation is absent; field semantics must be inferred after download.
Data may reflect geographic or cultural bias inherent to the survey's source platform and voluntary participation method.
