Three Matlab workspace tables contain ratio metric values for characterizing trabecular bone structure. The data includes values for healthy and osteoporotic bone samples, with healthy sample values reported as n x 25 arrays representing averages over increasing numbers of 1 mm x 1 mm x 5 mm samples. Author Chantal Nguyen created this dataset to support the paper "Novel magnetic resonance technique for characterizing mesoscale structure of trabecular bone".
