Dataset: Phenotyping and genotyping of a diverse <em>Aegilops tauschii</em> panel for Whea

250 accessions of Aegilops tauschii were screened for Wheat streak mosaic virus tolerance in greenhouse trials at Kansas State University. Whole-genome sequencing data provided high-density SNP markers for association mapping, conducted by Laxman Adhikari. This repository includes SNP matrices and analysis codes for phylogenetic tree construction, PCA, and phenotypic and genotypic data analyses.
