Description
216 employee survey responses from an Indonesian regional bank measure perceptions of supportive leadership, psychological empowerment, proactive work behavior, and adaptive performance. The dataset includes raw item-level responses, the full set of measurement items, and outputs from PLS-SEM analyses. Zainul Musthofa published the data on figshare in April 2026.
Use Cases
Analyze correlations between supportive_leadership survey items and adaptive_performance scores.
Test the sequential pathway model from psychological_empowerment to proactive_work_behavior using the provided PLS-SEM outputs.
Validate the measurement items for constructs like psychological_empowerment against the raw response data.
Examine demographic or role-based differences in perceptions across the 216 survey respondents.
Strengths
216 complete survey responses provide a solid sample for analysis.
Includes both raw data and validated measurement instruments for four key constructs.
Supplementary PLS-SEM analysis outputs offer a starting point for model validation.
Limitations
Sample size of 216 is modest and limited to a single regional bank in Indonesia, limiting generalizability.
Temporal coverage is a single snapshot; no longitudinal data on employee changes is provided.
The 1.5 MB size indicates a small dataset primarily containing survey scores and analysis outputs.
