IoT-Monitored Aluminium Formwork Performance in Coastal High-Rise Buildings, 2023-2024

14 commercial high-rise projects in Nantong City, China, from January 2023 to March 2024 provide data on IoT-monitored formwork systems. Francis Deng Clement contributed this dataset, which includes project specifications, laser scanning measurements, safety incident records, and expert interview materials. Key results show a 42.7% improvement in structural alignment precision and a 45–60% reduction in formwork-related safety incidents.
