UTA4: Medical Imaging DICOM Files from AVI 2020

UTA4 is a medical imaging dataset consisting of DICOM files released by MIMBCD-UI in early 2021. It was developed in conjunction with the AVI 2020 conference to support research in human-computer interaction and quantitative analysis.

Use Cases

• Quantitative analysis of DICOM metadata headers to extract imaging parameters
• Human-computer interaction (HCI) studies for medical imaging software using the provided DICOM files
• Testing image processing algorithms on the raw pixel data contained within the DICOM files
