Eastern Canada's boreal forests are the focus of this dataset, which contains raw data and R scripts from a 2026 study published in Quaternary Science Reviews. The study compares pollen- and chironomid-based summer temperature reconstructions across five lacustrine sites to examine proxy biases and the influence of fire disturbance. The data and code were authored by Jonathan Lesven and shared on figshare under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
Requires R software to execute the provided scripts; the data is packaged in a ZIP file.
