MultiKind: Spatial Multi-Omics Datasets for Renal Carcinoma and Simulation

Human renal cell carcinoma data from a 10x Genomics Xenium FFPE whole-section spatial multi-omics dataset includes paired RNA and ADT measurements for 465,534 cells. A smaller region of interest (ROI) subset contains 8,147 cells, and a simulated dataset called MorphoST mimics irregular tissue architecture with paired RNA and ADT profiles.
