Description
Nine adult horses were instrumented with intramuscular electrodes for EMG recording during incremental exercise tests. The dataset likely contains electromyographic activity, heart rate, upper airway videoendoscopy, pharyngeal airway pressures, and gait frequency measurements collected at exercise intensities of 50, 80, 90, and 100% of maximum heart rate. This study was conducted by Marta Cercone and approved by the IACUC of Cornell University and the Royal Veterinary College.
