Description
Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) Marine Conservation Zone data includes multibeam bathymetry, backscatter, sediment samples, and video imagery from a 2012 survey. The survey collected data to International Hydrographic Organization Order 1a standard, with coordinates in WGS84 and depths corrected to Chart Datum. Groundtruthing involved Hamon grab samples for infaunal analysis and camera sledge/drop camera imagery.
