A GIS-based digital bedrock geologic map of the Pilot Mountain Quadrangle in Tennessee, adapted from a 1985 Tennessee Division of Geology source map. The dataset is provided by the National Park Service's Geologic Resources Inventory program and includes data layers, ancillary information, and unit descriptions. It is available in multiple GIS formats including an ESRI file geodatabase and an OGC geopackage.
Requires GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) to use the primary data formats. Users are cautioned about the 12.2-meter horizontal locational accuracy.
