Benchmark of Digital Municipal Services for Dutch Citizens, 2006

A benchmark study of digital service counters for all 458 Dutch municipalities, conducted by Ernst & Young EDP Audit from April to May 2006. The research assessed the maturity of digital services aimed at citizens and examined the use of different payment and verification methods. The dataset is provided by the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations under a CC-BY-4.0 license.
