Air Lots represent three-dimensional property rights above or below ground lots in New York City's official Digital Tax Map. Data is extracted from the Department of Finance's internal system on the last Friday of each month and refreshed on the 1st, with a dual-set (A/B) system for reliability. The columns suggest a relational structure linking air lots to their parent tax lots via identifiers like BBL (Borough, Block, Lot).
To ensure reliability, the Tax Map alternates between Set A and Set B each month; both sets are kept about a month apart and are available via separate feature server links.
