Digital Twins of the Steel-Concrete Interface from FIB-SEM Tomograms

Four digital twins of the steel-concrete interface (SCI) provide segmented 3D representations of the material microstructure. The dataset was created by Thilo Schmid at ETH Zurich using a focused ion beam scanning electron microscope (FIB-SEM). Each digital twin is a segmented tomogram of the SCI.
