Thirty-nine time-series stations were occupied in the Salish Sea during a 2009 cruise aboard the R/V Jack Robertson. The dataset contains discrete profile measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, temperature, salinity, oxygen, and nutrients, collected to study ocean acidification. This effort was conducted by the University of Washington's PRISM program in support of the Global Ocean Acidification Observing Network guidelines.
