From July 26 to September 13, 2012, discrete samples and profile observations were collected in the North Pacific Ocean during cruise RF12_06 of the R/V Ryofu Maru. The data includes dissolved inorganic carbon, pH, alkalinity, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and nutrients, gathered using CTD and Niskin bottle instruments.
