Southeast U.S. Shelf and Gulf of Mexico surface waters were sampled from 34 stations during a November 2019 research cruise. The dataset contains discrete measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, pH, and nutrients collected to monitor the outflow of the Shark River Slough and red tide effects. Data were collected by NOAA's Ocean Acidification Program and analyzed by the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory.
