DANDI is a public archive of neurophysiology datasets from over 20 species, supported by the US BRAIN Initiative. It includes raw and processed data such as electrophysiology, calcium imaging, and behavioral time-series, organized using community standards like NWB and BIDS. Development is supported by the National Institute of Mental Health.
Data is stored in an S3 bucket structure with separate paths for metadata (dandisets/), binary blobs (blobs/), and Zarr arrays (zarrs/).
