Berhanu Gebo from Arba Minch University surveyed mammal populations in the Faragosa Communal Forest from August to December 2019. The study recorded 685 individuals belonging to 21 species across 6 orders and 13 families, with Papio anubis and Chlorocebus aethiops identified as dominant species.
